Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days after Parcel received. If 30 days have gone by since that, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on Blackview-Phone.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described, defective, damaged, or are of low quality.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
-An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
-Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless we agree on returns).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the photos of the goods you bought to prove the condition.
How to Request a Full Refund and Return the Item?
Please contact our customer service at sales@blackview-phone.com to return or exchange your order.
We will reply to all emails within 24 hours during the business day.
Return Shipping Fee
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost and Blackview-Phone.com DOES NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR any potential return fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@blackview-phone.com and we will confirm with you and send you the return address.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the shipment, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
How long will the buyer receive a refund or exchange?
We will issue the refund within 1-3 working days after we receive the returns.
We will prepare the new items that you exchange and deliver them within 1-3 business days after we receive your exchange parcel.
Notice:
- The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee, and any extras.
- All returns must first be authorized by Blackview-Phone.com’s Support Team prior to return. For incomplete warranty requests, Blackview-Phone.com reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Blackview-phone.com reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
